Job Description The Nemours Fetal Care Center and Advanced Delivery Unit are expanding the scope of service to include comprehensive prenatal, obstetrical and postpartum care for women whose unborn child has been diagnosed with a birth defect or complex medical condition that will require immediate multidisciplinary pediatric care in the neonatal period. In addition to currently available prenatal imaging to diagnose these conditions, we are also expanding invasive diagnostics and fetal intervention procedures. In this role, the qualified NFCC-APP will play an integral role in the care and support of these patients throughout their high-risk pregnancy journey into the postpartum period. Key Responsibilities Working with the Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians, Obstetricians and the entire multidisciplinary team to provide full scope maternal care including prenatal care, postpartum care, inpatient care. Assisting in fetal procedures in the outpatient setting and in the operating room. Assessment of fetal well-being.
