EDUCATIONAL / VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. A minimum of five years full-time or equivalent clinical experience. At least two years of experience in nursing supervision in a long-term care setting is required. BSN preferred. JOB SKILLS Must demonstrate leadership skills, organization, and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make decisions as necessary.
