We have a strong culture of using a team-based approach to provide compassionate care for our patients. Nurses can go through additional advanced training to work in our burn procedural room. With this training, nurses will work one-on-one with patients to complete dressing changes and deliver specialized burn treatments. Nurses who work on this unit will be trained to complete complex interventions to care for highly acute patients.
