Position Summary The OH Nurse delivers quality care utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge with at a minimum of 2 years experience in Occupational Health Nursing. Experience in a comparable facility can only be substituted for NA I course by successful completion of challenge exam acceptable to the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services is required. Current American Heart Association HeartSaver or higher certification is required . De-escalation training (Non-violent crisis intervention or other de-escalation program adopted by ECU Health). If not current at the time of hire must complete within 90 days of employment and maintain without lapse during employment. This is not required for Ambulatory clinical positions.
