Job Overview The IPA Medical Assistant (MA) will assist in the provision of direct patient care by performing routine patient care procedures alongside technical and clerical support services within the IPA clinical setting. They will demonstrate compassion and respect and will be proactive in managing patient, staff, and provider expectations.
