Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to the unlicensed nursing support staff as well as additional specific functions for which he/she has been prepared. Incorporates the concepts of the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care activities. Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Trade School : Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation (Required) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
