Here you will work alongside our Gastroenterology (GI) team. This position is a 100% onsite opportunity. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area. Our teams care for children, teens, adults and senior citizens who need annual wellness exams, school physicals, immunizations, injury treatment or help managing chronic illnesses, including diabetes. A Registered Nurse , UCM Care Network, is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation by following established standards, protocols and practices. Assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians. This position will be located in a community-based physician practice.
