About the Role: The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an MDS Coordinator to- MDS scheduling and completion for OBRA/PPS/Managed Care utilizing RAI guidelines Assist with care plan scheduling and completion with the interdisciplinary team Assign and update ICD-10 codes based off physician diagnosis on admission and with each MDS Transmit OBRA/PPS MDS Assessments to CMS per Federal Guidelines Completion and Certifications/Re-certifications when a resident is receiving Medicare Part A Benefit Oversee and monitor MDS documentation and charting requirements needed to support services provided Educate staff on MDS processes as needed Assist with data collection for audits including but not limited to, State, Medicare, and Managed Care. Responsibilities The Emergency Med Tech (EMT) is responsible for the ground/air transportation of the patient and/or the Transport Team in both emergency and non-emergency situations, while ensuring the safety of the patient, team and public at large. The EMT is also responsible for the maintenance of all regulatory documentation relating to ground and/or air transportation, and assures all vehicles and transport equipment are maintained in a clean and safe operating condition. What you need to know about this position: Our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) is a 13-bed unit with approximately 6,000 patient annually and is responsible for safely and efficiently recovering patients from anesthesia following a procedure. While your interactions with our patients might be brief, your role as a Registered Nurse will be critical as you help to put the patient and his/her family at ease during recovery from anesthesia and transferring the patient to a floor or discharging home after the procedure. A new Registered Nurse in this unit will have an hourly base rate starting at $30.70. An experienced Registered Nurse can expect an hourly base rate in the top 25% of nurses in the region. RN positions are eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums. Clinical Site Team Leader Position Summary: In conjunction with the Site Team Administrator, the Clinical Site Team Leader (CSTL) will act as a representative of the leadership team within their assigned facility. Responsibilities The Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) is responsible for answering all 911 medical emergency calls and non-emergency calls related to EMS. EMD then dispatches the appropriate resources in accordance with EMD Card set to provide the appropriate resources for the emergency. EMD is responsible for tracking all resources, times and appropriate radio traffic for the emergency and entering into the 911 CAD system. The EMD needs to be proficient in multitasking as there is usually multiple emergencies happening at the same time. EMD must also answer non-emergency calls and be able to triage calls. The EMS Dispatcher reviews EPCR’s that are turned in to make sure all needed information is in place for billing information. Dispatchers also perform a variety of clerical duties.
