Job Summary and Qualifications Under the general direction of the Clinical Manager/Director, the OR Clinical Systems Analyst is responsible for assisting the OR staff in the optimal use of the computer system applications. This position is the liaison with the Division ITS Department and ensures the coordination of the integration of OR systems with internal and external systems, as well as a liaison to other hospital departments including, but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Admitting, Infection Control, Risk Management, IT&S, and HIMS. What you will do in this role: Responsible for ensuring data integrity through periodic audits and reviewing/revising policies/procedures in the use of supplied system software. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by the Clinical Manager or Department Director. Other responsibilities include charge reconciliation and Meditech lead. Accountable for identification of risks, hazards and mitigation efforts of unsafe practices. What qualifications you will need: Current Missouri RN License or Multistate RN License from a participating compact state required. Clinical experience preferred 5 years of Operating Room experience preferred Good interpersonal and customer service skills Graduate from a school of Nursing, Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Informatics ; or a minimum of 2 years experience implementing or Managing OR scheduling/documentation computer skills. Previous circulator or nurse educator in the OR with a minimum 5 years of recent experience.
