What You’ll Do Collect patient data and perform follow-up assessments after RN evaluation Assist RNs with implementing care plans and patient education Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice Support TB prevention and treatment efforts through case management and education Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Provide culturally responsive, age-appropriate care Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations Adapt to clinic, community, and home-based settings (including stair climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs) Use appropriate PPE, including respirators, when required Minimum Requirements Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Missouri Current BCLS certification Preferred Qualifications State-approved IV Therapy certification Three or more years of nursing experience LPN with TB case management experience Knowledge and experience in epidemiology principles and application Experience with public health data and reporting systems such as ShowMeCare, Right Fax, X-Sentinel, Acrobat 2020, and State Public Health Lab systems (OpenELIS) Ready to Make a Difference?
