Run CBC and record, review any concerns from CBC or assessment with physician. Collect premedication from the Lynx machine and prepare. Administer pre-medications as ordered. Double check calculated dosages with another nurse. Safely administer medications to patients ordered and according to written pharmaceutical instructions and written policies. Administer supportive medications as ordered. Monitor patient for signs and symptoms of allergic reaction or side effects to medication being administered.
