Responsibilities The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in Telemetry Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. He / She communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state RN License.2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire. 4. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.5. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.6. Ventilator Management experience preferred.7. Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification; preferred.8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. #LI-TS1 Pay Transparency Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $51.00. Job Description: We are seeking HHA certified caregivers to join our growing team at Maya Home Care. As a caregiver, you will provide high-quality personal care and companionship to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their home. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status to the care coordinator. - Follow individualized care plans and provide care with compassion and respect. - Ensure clients' comfort and safety at all times. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Qualifications: - HHA certification in the state of New Jersey. - Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
