Responsibilities The RN develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty. Required Skills: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required. Additional Qualifications/Skills : CRRN and ACLS from a Vibra-approved vendor preferred. Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Furnishes those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skill. Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Prepares clinical and progress notes for each client visit and summaries of care conferences for clients in a timely manner as per Agency policy. Conducts client care conferences on clients assigned to his/her care. Participates in peer review and quality management as assigned. Participates in utilization review of medical records as assigned. Processes orders and notifies physicians of client needs and changes in condition. Completes certification/recertification orders and discharge summaries. Determines the amount and type of nursing needed by each individual client. Ensure that quality care is delivered by home care team to site participants via periodic participant/caregiver inquiry, intermittent review of care plan, and trending of data from various reports/supervisory visits in collaboration with the Home Care Manager. Responsibilities Our Medical Assistant greet our patients, obtain their medical histories and verify patient information Prepares patients for physical examinations, including taking vital signs and performing all required testing Provide assistance during examinations and treatment Perform ancillary testing and tasks as directed by the Center Medical Director (including but not limited to PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws, etc.) and as certified Performs DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing In addition to Medical Assistant duties, you will be cross trained to perform Front Office duties including greeting patients, obtaining authorization, check in/out, communication of wait times, etc. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, training as a medical assistant, or military medical specialist with current credentials in the state of employment Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, clinical office environment Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) preferred but not required Prefer applicants who are conversationally fluent, can read and write in both English and Spanish This job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management. This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $21.00 to $25.46 hourly depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
