Job Description Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Per Diem CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia care team at one of our three South Jersey campuses. Key Highlights: Wide variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, Urology, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, and OB Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance State-of-the-art equipment and Epic electronic medical records Supportive team environment with CRNA and physician collaboration Teaching opportunities with SRNAs and residents Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program Master’s degree in nursing Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Essential Responsibilities: Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists. Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia care Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation. Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training.
