Due to the 7-day schedule, this case may be staffed with two caregivers to ensure consistent coverage. We are seeking reliable individuals who can commit to their assigned days and provide safe, supportive care to the client. Current Case – Grand Saline, TX The client recently returned home after a hospitalization and rehab stay following a hip fracture. He now lives in a small, clean, clutter-free tiny home located next door to his daughter. Schedule: Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Total: 14 hours/week (part-time) Permanent, long-term assignment May be split between two caregivers based on availability Home & Client Information: Uses a walker for ambulation and has a wheelchair as needed Showers will be completed in the daughter’s home next door Hard of hearing; wears hearing aids Alert and oriented but may be forgetful or confused at times Recently fractured hip; weak and requires safe assistance Has a history of heart issues and prior medical conditions Home environment is clean and well maintained Pay and Employment Details $15/hr Semi-monthly direct deposit Part-time schedule with opportunity for additional client hours as available Responsibilities Personal Care & Safety Support: Assistance with ambulation using walker Monitoring for safety and fall prevention Hygiene and incontinence support as needed Shower assistance in daughter's home Gentle redirection when confusion occurs Homemaking & Routine Support: Light housekeeping Meal preparation Laundry or tidying as needed Companionship and routine check-ins Requirements Minimum of 1 year verifiable caregiving experience (required) Two industry-related professional references + one personal reference (required) Must be dependable and punctual Comfortable assisting clients recovering from mobility setbacks (recent hip fracture) Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance Must pass a background check Apply We are looking for consistent, reliable caregivers who take pride in providing quality support.
