Job Summary: Responsible for clinical and clerical support to the Neurology private clinical practices. Duties include taking patient vitals, weights, blood pressures and rooming patients; assist providers with minor procedures as needed. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, insurance authorizations, patient registration, patient correspondence, scanning medical records and additional front desk duties as needed. Must be able to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner, demonstrate proper telephone technique and etiquette as well as maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
