Job Summary and Qualifications Position Details: As an Operating Room (OR) On-Call team member, you are responsible for being readily available outside of regular working hours to provide immediate support during urgent or emergency surgical procedures. This role requires quick response times, clinical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologist, and other healthcare professionals to prepare the OR, assist during surgeries, and help with post operative care as needed. Being on call demands strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high quality care at all hours.
