Measures and records intake and output. Weighs patients with the appropriate scale as directed by the licensed nurse. Applies anti-embolic stockings. Assists with post-mortem care. 3. Performs advanced skills delegated by the licensed nurse as deemed competent, reports/ records data as needed. Performs fingerstick blood glucose monitoring. Performs bladder scanning. Collects specimens (urine, stool). Sets up suction equipment. Performs oral care and hygiene including yankauer suctioning. H.
