Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding medication management and health conditions. Assist the Resident Care Coordinator with scheduling as needed. According to the individual care plan, assist the residents with the daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration. Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
