Overview: Our clinic is housed at the Franklin County Juvenile Intervention Center, a maximum-security facility that houses youth awaiting trial and/or disposition. We attempt to meet the healthcare needs of the youth housed here, which range in age from 12-21. This includes regular clinic hours, routine nursing interventions, emergency response, and three scheduled medication passes per day. Medical staff are on site from 6a-10:30p. We do cover weekends and holidays. Flexible shifts of either 8, 10, or 12 hours. This full-time (40 hrs./week) position will be for a closing shift which will end at 10:30p. We are a small, but dedicated, team working to improve quality and access to care for some of the most vulnerable kids in our community.
