Job Summary and Qualifications At Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, our OB Antepartum Unit is a brand new state-of-the-art facility consisting of 21 private OB / Antepartum rooms supported by a team of physicians, maternal fetal medicine specialists, nurses, educators, Perinatal Navigator, Clinical Support Coordinators, and social workers to guide patients through their OB/antepartum, post-partum, or GYN surgical stay. The primary patient population is Antepartum, where pregnant patients stay for a period of days to months when they are too sick to go home but not yet ready to deliver. These patients rely on the skills of the team that partners with the Labor & Delivery unit if a higher level of care is needed.
