Responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruitment of APPs, retention of APPs, orientation of APPs, education, training, onboarding, coordinating schedule and ensuring appropriate staffing, process improvement, quality improvement, engagement in FACT accreditation and re-accreditation, expert in FACT requirements, coordination of Advanced Practice for FACT, facilitation of professional development opportunities for advanced practice, providing annual evaluation of staff, cost center management, facilitation of advanced practice budget, completion of bi-weekly payroll. Will also provide bedside clinical services to both the inpatient and outpatient clinical units. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:: Master's Degree from Accredited PA Program or Master's Degree from an Accredited NP Program with National Board Certification, and Florida State Licensure. Minimum 5 years experience in Bone Marrow Transplant, Cellular Therapy Oncology. BLS certification required. Credentialing: Must meet requirements set by the Medical Staff Office to obtain and retain privileges to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner within UF Health Shands Hospital and/or the Shands UF Healthcare Network, as applicable.
