Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

A minimum of a Master’s degree in advanced nursing practice is required
Credentialing: Must meet requirements set forth by the Medical Staff Office to obtain and retain privileges to practice as an Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist within UF Health Shands Hospital and/or the Shands UF Healthcare Network, as applicable
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current and clear license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida. Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support.

These positions are without tenure and are full-time or part-time with a 12-month service period. The anticipated start date is June 2026. The base salary range for these positions will be $20,834 - $23,469 per month ($250,008 - $281,628 annually), commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor previaling wage determination. This range is inclusive of base salary provided through the Children's University Medical Group (CUMG) practice plan, in addition to base salary provided by the University.
