Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the Certified Nursing Assistant delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care. The Dialysis Hospital Services Nurse (Acute RN) provides specialized dialysis, renal nursing care, and if contractually required, plasmapheresis treatments in our CentraState acute hemodialysis unit. Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 7:30am. Some positions are on call 24/7, and rotating call may be required at some locations.
