Position Overview: We are seeking an RN Unit Manager to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at [Facility Name] . In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. You will mentor staff, enforce policies, and ensure the unit functions efficiently while providing the best care for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations. Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant care delivery. Advocate for the unit’s interests to upper management and collaborate in addressing issues as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred). Valid RN License required. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
