Possess excellent assessment skills of troubleshooting potential problems associated with complex medical conditions as related to the planned procedure. Ability to independently care for patients while recognizing critical care needs and possible complications intra procedure and post procedure, teaming with other members whenever necessary, are valued skills and part of radiology nursing. Responsibilities Using the nursing process to effectively plan and manage patient care, our nurses deliver individualized nursing care to patients in compliance with established hospital guidelines, nursing care standards and policies and in accordance with external regulatory agencies such as the Association for Radiologic Nurses and Diagnostic Imaging (ARIN).
