Charge Nurse Charge Nurse LPN Responsibilities: Patient Care Management: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor and manage patient progress, addressing changes in condition and implementing appropriate interventions. Ensure that all patients receive individualized care based on their needs and preferences. Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently, coordinating with emergency response teams as necessary. Provide leadership during crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning and decision-making processes. Charge Nurse Charge Nurse LPN Qualifications: Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Previous supervisory experience is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to make sound clinical decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
