Prior EP, cardiac or ICU experience is welcome but not required. Nurses with experience in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring—from a variety of nursing backgrounds—will find many of their skills translate well to the EP setting. All new team members participate in a comprehensive 12-week orientation , designed to provide hands-on procedural experience, strong clinical foundations, and ongoing support as you transition into the EP role. Our RNs work closely with electrophysiologists and the anesthesia team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and innovative environment. A caregiver in this position works (3 x 13-hour shifts) 6:45 am – 8:15 pm , with no on-call or holiday requirements. This role sets the clinical vision for nursing practice, provides expert supervision, and drives quality, safety, and performance outcomes. The Nurse Manager leads all aspects of workforce management and professional development, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
