Conduct initial and periodic resident assessments and reassessments (at least every 6 months or as needed). Maintain accurate clinical documentation, statistical data, and quality assurance reports. Participate in the development, evaluation, and revision of clinical policies and procedures. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, interdisciplinary teams, and external healthcare providers. Manage emergencies and clinical interventions across all care units.
