Qualifications include: • High School Diploma or GED • Valid Maryland Board of Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) • Valid Maryland Board of Nursing Certified Medication Technician/Certified Medication Aide (CMT/CMA) • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required • First Aid Certification must be obtained within 30-days of employment; upon hire is preferred • One year or more of experience after certification preferred but not required • Score of 80% or more on the CNA Skills Assessment Test and ability to pass skills lab testing • Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
