Care Coordination: Review resident care schedules daily for accuracy and completion, ensuring all needs are met. Documentation: Adhere to department documentation standards and inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns. You will be paid to complete both trainings! Requirements 18 years+ Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
