Key Responsibilities for Caregivers: Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents. Assisting with meal preparation and serving. Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions. Key Responsibilities for MedTechs: Administering medications to residents according to prescribed schedules. Documenting medication administration accurately and maintaining records. Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions to medications and reporting to the nursing team. Assisting with other caregiving duties when medication administration is not required. Qualifications for Caregivers: High school diploma or equivalent.
