We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents and ensuring they receive the best care and support. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Caregivers, MedTech, Health Aides to lead our Assisted Living community.

Position Summary: As a Caregiver or MedTech at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide direct care and assistance, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities for Caregivers:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
  • Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions.

 

Key Responsibilities for MedTechs:

  • Administering medications to residents according to prescribed schedules.
  • Documenting medication administration accurately and maintaining records.
  • Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions to medications and reporting to the nursing team.
  • Assisting with other caregiving duties when medication administration is not required.

 

Qualifications for Caregivers:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates.
  • Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

 

Qualifications for MedTechs:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current MedTech certification in the state of California.
  • Prior experience in medication administration is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Compassion and a commitment to resident well-being
