Compensation / Benefits
- $18.08-$29.53/hr. based on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $2.00/hr.
- Night differential $2.50/hr.
- Weekend differential $2.50/hr.

Our 12 chair Outpatient Infusion Center offers patients and their families a specialized care environment to meet their unique safety, physical and emotional wellbeing needs. Our highly skilled infusion team provides a wide range of antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy, hydration, blood transfusions, and other supportive care for both peripheral and central lines. Job Summary
LPN essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- The LPN will perform a variety of unit based functions under the supervision of RN.
- Responsibilities include, reviewing and clarifying physician orders, scheduling patients for the infusion center, receiving critical lab results, administering medications and fluids through various routes, monitoring patient responses during infusion therapy, maintain accurate records related to the infusion center.
- The LPN should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
Education
- Completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse.
Experience
- Prefer previous hospital experience.
- Previous work history reflecting stable employment is necessary.
- If no work experience, will consider school attendance record and performance.

Licensure / Certification
- Current Oklahoma LPN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
