- Serve as mentor and advisor to facilitate professional growth of Unit Staff.
- Plans new projects or expansions, including equipment, staffing and space requirement

Education And Experience Required
- Minimum of two years acute care nursing experience in appropriate specialty area of OR RN
- BLS at hire, ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 3 years
- Current Illinois RN License
Education And Experience Preferred
- BSN strongly preferred, or enrolled in a BSN Program to complete.
- Two years of experience providing leadership of care team or equivalent (i.e., Team Leader, Clinical Nurse Coordinator)
- OR RN Experience Required.
- Minimum 2 years Charge RN experience preferred.
