HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Is dedicated to helping to identify, plan, and execute improvement projects by an internal consultant providing support necessary to deliver results and spread changes.
- Functions as a change agent, collaborating with staff to drive continuous, rapid performance improvement.
- Provides skills, knowledge, and expertise in performance improvement tools and techniques.
- Working with an operational or administrative leader, supports and facilitates change that leads to improvement.
- TMH emphasizes evidence-based medicine and data-driven improvement, and the Advisor provides expertise in measurement, use of the Improvement Method, teamwork, meeting facilitation, and project management.
- Supports communication and reporting related to improvement through preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, public relations communications, and other materials.

- Vice President/Chief Improvement and Planning Officer, Manager of Quality Measures and Outcomes, Systems Manager
Supervises:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Associate degree in nursing
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Required Experience:
- Five (5) years job related experience with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or three (3) years job related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (State laws, The Joint Commission (TJC), conditions of participation.)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Experience:
- Five (5) or more years job related experience including statistical processes, quality improvement, and data analysis
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes, Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nursing Practice Act)
