Responsibilities- The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- S/He is responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for pain management patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
- S/He collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- S/He serves in a resource role when oriented and as directed.
- S/He supports the organization’s vision and mission.
- S/He utilizes knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
- S/He contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
QualificationsJob Requirements:
- Valid RN Oklahoma license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Associates degree minimum
- BLS (within 30 days of employment)
- ACLS /ALS (within 60 days of employment)
- PALS (within 90 days of employment)
Preferred Job Requirements:
- One year Critical Care or Pain Management experience preferred.
