The Nursing Assistant assists in the provision of patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for meeting and maintaining established patient care standards and providing patient/family centered care while providing service excellence. At a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Nursing Assistant Skills & Responsibilities.
- Accountable and responsible for the provision of patient care and comfort under the direct supervision of a registered nurse according to established standards, policies, and procedures of Washington Health System.
- Demonstrates competency in Washington Health System Core Nursing Assistant Skills & Responsibilities.
- Accurately reports information to the registered nurse.
- Completes all technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to established Washington Health System Core Nursing Assistant Skills & Responsibilities.
Shift: Rotating 12 hour shifts (6am - 6:30pm & 6pm - 6:30am). Rotating days, weekends, and holidays.
