Responsibilities- Will transition to practice in our Labor and Delivery Unit
- Will be required to complete each of the components of the program including:
- Didactic,
- Skills enhancement,
- Simulation,
- An EBP project,
- Attend all monthly transition-to-practice program courses to graduate
QualificationsRequirements:
- RN License in the State of California
- Recent graduate of RN program who have not previously worked as nurses or who has less than 12 months professional experience in the role in an acute care setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
