You will offer guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.
Salary Range: $56.63 – $84.19
Qualifications
· Current California RN license – required · BSN or MSN – required · BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates – required · At least 3 years recent ICU and or IR/Cath Lab experience – required · Ability to delegate tasks and promote leadership and teamwork · Ability to educate patients, families, and staff regarding patient care issues · Ability to triage patient bases on immediate needs · Proficiency in completing physical assessments and developing a plan of care · Skill in developing a plan of care including setting goals, monitoring and documenting progress · This position will work 4 variable days Sunday through Saturday, with rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities · This position will rotate to all radiology sites staffed by UCLA Health · Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
