We are looking for an LPN to join our Surgery team! In this role you will: 

  • Perform delegated nursing functions under the supervision of the RN using established procedures, policies, guidelines and standards of care
  • Manually cleans and disinfects patient care items and equipment notifies director of missing or malfunctioning equipment
  • Answers phones, records messages; greets patients and visitors
  • Prepare charts for physician clinics and schedules patient appointments  
  • Documents and reports observations to the nurse or provider; accurately documents patient care provided on appropriate hospital forms and within the established timeframes
