This position is for our Minerva Park Dialysis in Columbus, Ohio

Some details about this position:

  • Clinic Operational Hours: M/W/F 4:45a - 7:00p, T/Th/S 6:30a - 6:00p

  • PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am

  • Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training

  • You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday 

  • Paid training: DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills. The training is a mix of classroom and hands on training.

  • Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic

  • Some floating to other facilities within the region during and after your training

  • You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required

  • Current CPR certification required

  • IV certification required if required by state regulations

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system

  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required)
