How you’ll make an impact in this role

Drive Patient Outcomes: Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop a clear picture of patient health and ensure their continuous well-being.
Manage Clinical Care: Safely administer medications and monitor patient responses to ensure treatments are effective and complications are caught early.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
