This role primarily supports Neurosurgery providers and requires travel to PHMG clinic locations including Brookfield, Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Hartland, and Mukwonago to ensure seamless patient care across sites. What You Will Do: Prepare patients for specialty neurosurgical visits by obtaining vital signs, reviewing medications, and documenting accurately in Epic. Support providers during consultations and follow-up appointments. Assist with coordination of surgical cases, referrals, imaging follow-up, and patient education. Maintain efficient clinic flow in a fast-paced, procedure-driven specialty environment. Travel between clinic sites to ensure consistent provider coverage and continuity of care. The Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) is a 15-bed, outpatient specialty area within the hospital. It may also be called an observation unit. It is a place where a patient’s health can be monitored when they do not meet the requirements for inpatient hospitalization yet require further observation before they go home. The unit allows our patients to rest in a comfortable, private healing space and to stay longer than a traditional emergency room visit. It is designed for patients who need tests or short-term treatments. A patient in this unit will benefit from a quick assessment of their condition, less time in the hospital, a lower cost of care, and a better experience. Hours: 0.9 FTE, 12 hour Nights.
