E S S E N T I A L  F U N C T I O N S

  • Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of care for patients within scope of practice.

E D U C A T I O N

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

 

E X P E R I E N C E

  • Previous hospital experience preferred.

 

C R E D E N T I A L S

  • Must have a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
  •  Must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire and maintain credentials throughout employment with IMH.
  •  Must have current, valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must obtain within six (6) months of hire and maintain credentials throughout employment with IMH if taking call or administering conscious sedation.
  • Must complete procedural sedation module within six (6) months of hire and every two (2) years thereafter throughout employment with IMH.
  •  CNOR Certification preferred.

Administers the appropriate treatments to patients.
