Qualifications

Education:
  • Associates Degree/College Diploma required. Bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing (state accredited program) preferred.
License/Certification:
  • Valid CA RN license required.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • National Recognized Specialty certification (i.e.: OCN or applicable national certification) preferred.
  • Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse preferred.
  • Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Card holder preferred
Experience:
  • Three (3) years of RN experience in an acute care setting required. Three (3) years of experience in an Oncology specialty area high preferred. Two (2) years of critical care experience (i.e.: ED, PACU, ICU, Cath Lab, IR) highly preferred.
