What You’ll Do
✔ Lead and support a team of field clinicians
✔ Coordinate and oversee patient care plans
✔ Coach and develop nurses and clinical staff
✔ Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
✔ Partner with leadership to support growth and outcomes
What You Bring
✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔ Home health or clinical nursing experience
✔ Experience with OASIS and EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)
✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills
✔ Interest in growing into a leadership role
