About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, and dependable professional to lead caregiver recruiting while also supporting scheduling and client care when needed. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will directly influence our ability to provide exceptional care to families.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, solution-focused, and willing to step in when the team needs help — including occasional evenings, weekends, and rare situations where you may need to fill in for a caregiver shift. Flexible Schedule Required
Compensation
- Base Salary: $38,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: Opportunities tied to hiring success, retention, and staffing coverage
What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Hiring (Primary Focus)
- Recruit, interview, and hire high-quality caregivers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for every applicant
- Work closely with leadership to anticipate hiring needs
Scheduling & Staffing Support
- Serve as the backup scheduler when needed
- Help ensure all client shifts are filled and properly staffed
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and fit
- Help fill urgent or last-minute open shifts
Caregiver & Client Support
- Conduct caregiver check-ins and support coaching conversations
- Help maintain strong relationships with caregivers and families
- Assist with resolving staffing or caregiver concerns in a professional manner
Team Support & Flexibility
- Be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends when needed
- Be willing to step in and fill a caregiver shift when absolutely necessary
- Help ensure clients always receive consistent, reliable care
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or a related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset
- Comfortable using technology, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
- Home care or caregiving experience is a strong plus
- Must be dependable and flexible when the team needs support
