Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in their home environment. Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and Synergy HomeCare staff. Qualifications: Compassionate, patient and positive demeanor. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules and care plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – we offer training for the right candidates.
