What You’ll Do
As a PDN RN/LPN, you will:

Provide skilled, individualized pediatric nursing care to children at home
Monitor health status and support daily care needs
Administer medications and follow established care plans
Partner closely with families to provide education, encouragement, and reassurance
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse Springfield, MO Haven is family-owned and operated by clinicians who understand your passion to help others and have insight into your needs as a professional. Job Summary: The LPN provides skilled nursing services to patients in their homes to promote the patient’s plan of care including to assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate care to patients and families. The LPN supplements the nursing care needs of that patient as provided by the RN. These services are performed in accordance with the physicians’ orders and in collaboration with Haven Home Health RNs, therapists, and other clinicians.
